In the small village of Qazi Rasool Baksh Raja in Khipro, District Sanghar, lives 12-year-old Ram Prakash. The only brother to seven sisters, Ram grew up watching his father work tirelessly as a tailor while his mother managed their home. With limited resources and many mouths to feed, Ram’s parents feared that their children would never have the chance to study like others. They worried their future would be tied to labor in the fields, just as generations before them.
Before joining school, Ram spent most of his days helping his father at home. His childhood was filled with responsibility far greater than his age, and his dreams seemed distant.
But in 2022, when Roshni TAKMIL School opened its doors in the village, hope found its way into Ram’s family. For the first time, not only Ram but also five of his sisters stepped into a classroom. This moment was more than just an enrollment—it was the beginning of a new life.
Today, Ram is studying in Grade 8, and his favorite subject is English. His passion for learning shines brightly; every day, he eagerly seeks out new knowledge, determined to stand out among his classmates. Teachers describe him as hardworking, curious, and always ready to help others.
Ram’s biggest dream is to become an Army Officer one day—to serve and protect his country with pride. With the education he is receiving at TAKMIL, that dream no longer feels impossible.
Ram’s journey is not just about one boy—it is about a family, a village, and a future transformed by education. Where once there was fear of a life confined to fields, today there is confidence, hope, and ambition.
At TAKMIL, we believe that every child deserves this chance—the chance to replace despair with determination and dreams with reality. Ram’s story is living proof that when we educate one child, we uplift an entire family, and when we educate a family, we begin to change a community.
